Belt feels exactly like the original one that came with the player. Would love to give a shout to the amazing customer service tho 11/10, they got back to me quickly and resolved matters.
I've had this record player for a 2 years, and recently it's started slowing down. I reached out to customer service who have tried to help me through fixing it myself but because I bought from Amazon and not direct they can't seem to send me a new motor which I do believe to be the problem as I've eliminated all other things that could be slowing it down.
