What is Retrolife's General Cancellation Policy?

Orders can be canceled by emailing us within 24 hours before the item ships. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you may either refuse the package upon delivery or return it after receiving it.
(*Please be aware that most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Sometimes, tracking emails may be delayed or not immediately updated, even though the item has already been dispatched.)

What is Retrolife's General Return Policy?

1). Our returns policy covers 60 days. If 60 days have passed since the time of your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2). Please email support@retrolifeplayer.com first to get your exact return information first. Please be sure to include your order number and reason for your return when submitting your request.
3). All items must be returned as new in their original packaging, including all accessories and cables. Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number (RMA) issued by Retrolife. If an RMA is not obtained prior to shipping, the returned product will be refused and returned to the sender.
4). Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. There is a 15% restocking fee that will be calculated based on the price of the product once the item is refunded. To set up a return for a refund please email: support@retrolifeplayer.com.

Retrolife reserves the right to deny returns for:

  • Excessive return activity
  • Violation of Terms of Sale
  • Suspected fraud
  • Other impermissible activities

Will I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to the customer's personal reasons—such as no longer wanting the product, ordering by mistake, or simply not liking it—the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost. The exact cost will depend on the courier service the customer chooses to use for the return.
  • If the return is due to our responsibility—such as the item arriving damaged, incorrect, or defective—the customer will not be required to pay any return shipping costs. In these cases, we will cover the shipping fee associated with the return.

Return Label & Instructions

  1. Contact the Seller: To initiate a return, please contact the seller directly.
  2. Provide Order Details: When reaching out, make sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Return Label Issued by Seller: The seller will request a return shipping label from the designated courier (FedEx or UPS) and send it to you via email.
  4. Print the Return Label: Once you receive the return label, please print it out and attach it securely to the return package.

What is the Retrolife Exchange Policy?

All items eligible for a return are eligible for exchange. Items ineligible for return are ineligible for exchange. All exchanges require the original product to have been purchased on the Retrolife website.

  1. Start an exchange by contacting Retrolife at Contact Us.
  2. Upon approval, Retrolife will email a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Return to Retrolife within sixty (60) days of receipt using the shipping label Bose provides. Include all accessories, cases, and parts included in the original packaging.
  4. Item must be in good physical condition.
  5. Once Retrolife receives and inspects your product and it is deemed eligible, Retrolife will process your exchange.

What are the Conditions for Eligible Product Returns?

  • Unopened and unused
  • Returned within 60 days
  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories included
  • Proof of purchase required
  • No signs of damage or wear
  • Defective or incorrect item received
  • Authorized return request approved

If you Select a Different Priced Item:

  • Retrolife will either refund the price difference or charge the additional cost
  • Refunds will only be credited to your original payment method
  • Gift Card purchases will be refunded back to the Gift Card
  • Note: If you received a discount for purchasing multiple items, a promotional item, or free item, Retrolife may deduct the value of the discount, promotional item, or free item from any refund or credit you receive if you do not return all items purchased in your exchange.

What are the limitations of refunds?

How do I Return an Item?

  • 1. Ensure you meet the return and refund qualifications, which are the following:
    Product must be purchased directly from Retrolifeplayer.com. Products purchased elsewhere must be returned at the respective retailer.
    Your return request must be received by Retrolife within 90 days of receipt.
    Product must not be on the list of return exclusions.
    Product must be in good physical condition.
    All accessories, cases, and parts included in the original packaging must be returned.
  • 2. Once processed, you'll receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
  • 3. Package the product with all accessories and ship the package to Retrolife within 30 days of initiating your return.
  • 4. Once we receive your product, refunds typically process within 3-5 business days for credit cards and PayPal; other payment methods may take up to 2 weeks.

 

When will I Receive My Refund?

Retrolife will initiate your refund once your returned items are received at our Returns Center. Refunds typically process within 3-5 business days for credit cards and PayPal; other payment methods may take up to 2 weeks.

What if my item arrives damaged or is defective?

Please contact Retrolife Customer Service. Retrolife will arrange for a replacement or repair under our Warranty policy.

Can I Cancel my Return?

Simply do not ship your package back to Retrolife. If you’ve already shipped your product back, please Contact Us.
