(*If you want to listen to vinyl records, simply switch the turntable to the desired speed (33 or 45 RPM) using the Bluetooth/vinyl switch, place your favorite record on the platter, adjust the counterweight, and lower the tonearm.)

Superior Stability with Belt Drive

Retrolife turntable features a belt-drive system, that effectively isolates the platter from motor vibrations, reducing noise and improving sound quality. It ensures smooth, consistent rotation of the platter, minimizing vibration and resonance for optimal sound quality.

Superior Sound with Moving Magnet Technology

The SY101 is equipped with an advanced Audio-Technica moving magnet cartridge that delivers exceptional detail and clarity. The precision-engineered stylus tracks the record grooves with minimal wear, preserving your valuable vinyl collection.

A Beautiful Addition to Your Home

With its classic wooden design, this vintage-looking record player with speaker system offers a rich, natural aesthetic that enhances any listening environment. It's the perfect addition to any home.

Key Technology

These features make SY101 high fidelity record player system more easy set up. Whether you want to enjoy the warm sound of vinyl records or digitize your collection, they provide convenience and flexibility.

36-watt Stereo Speakers

The two 18-watt passive speakers provide powerful and immersive sound for your vinyl listening experience. They deliver rich, full-bodied audio with deep bass and crisp highs. The wooden enclosure of the speakers adds warmth and richness to the sound, while also providing a stylish aesthetic. Whether you're enjoying a quiet evening at home or hosting a party, these speakers can fill any room with sound.

Wireless Bluetooth Technology

Bluetooth input on SY101 turntable allows you to wirelessly stream music from your smartphone, tablet, or computer directly to your turntable. This eliminates the need for physical cables and provides a convenient way to enjoy your digital music collection.

Supports 33 ⅓ and 45 RPM

A turntable that supports both 33 and 45 RPM speeds offers greater flexibility. This allows you to play a wider variety of records, from standard LPs (33 ⅓ RPM) to singles and EPs (45 RPM), ensuring you can enjoy your entire vinyl collection.

Straight Type Tonearm

The straight tonearm ensures that the stylus (the tiny needle at the end of the cartridge) tracks the record grooves in a straight line. This minimizes distortion and ensures that all the information in the grooves is accurately reproduced. The tonearms and headshells incorporate damping materials to further reduce resonance and improve sound quality.

Non-Resonant Iron Platter

Iron is a dense material that is less susceptible to vibrations compared to other materials. This helps to minimize unwanted resonances that can color the sound. The iron platter can help to isolate the turntable from external vibrations, such as those caused by foot traffic or other equipment in the room.

Shock-absorbed DC Motor Drive System

The DC motor provides precise and stable speed control for the turntable platter, ensuring accurate playback of your records. The damping and shock absorption features help to minimize vibrations caused by the motor, which can be transmitted to the platter and affect sound quality. By reducing vibrations and noise, the DC motor contributes to a quieter listening experience.

Belt-Drive System with Silicon Rubber Belts

Silicon rubber is a highly flexible and elastic material that helps to isolate the platter from the motor, reducing vibrations and minimizing noise. The smooth, continuous surface of a silicon rubber belt ensures a smooth and consistent transfer of power from the motor to the platter.

Turntable Feet with Damping Materials

These four turntable feet are designed to isolate the turntable from external vibrations, such as those caused by foot traffic, other audio equipment, or even the surface the turntable is placed on. This isolation helps to minimize unwanted resonances that can color the sound.

Replaceable ATN-3600L MM Cartridge

The MM cartridge is responsible for converting the mechanical vibrations of the record groove into electrical signals that can be amplified and played through your speakers. A replaceable ATN-3600L cartridge allows you to easily replace the stylus and restore optimal sound quality.

Adjustable Counterweight

The primary function of the counterweight is to apply the correct tracking force, or downforce, to the stylus. This force ensures that the stylus maintains proper contact with the record groove, preventing skipping and distortion. The counterweight is adjusted by sliding it along a calibrated scale. Proper adjustment of the counterweight is essential for achieving the best possible sound quality from your turntable.

Full-Size Iron Platter

The iron platter mass helps to damp vibrations and ensure consistent rotation speed, resulting in smoother playback. The solid iron construction helps to minimize resonances, which can cause distortions in the sound. The thicker platter of the SY101 turntable generally provides better damping and stability.

Acrylic Dust Cover

Protect your turntable and records from dust, dirt, and other airborne particles. It also helps to protect your equipment from changes in humidity, which can warp or damage vinyl records. In addition to its protective function, a dust cover can enhance the appearance of your turntable setup.

RCA Output/AUX Input

The RCA output is a pair of connectors (usually red and white) that transmit the audio signal from the turntable's phono preamp to an amplifier or other audio device. The AUX input is typically a 3.5mm jack that allows you to connect an external audio source, such as a CD player or smartphone, to your turntable. They provide flexibility and convenience, allowing you to enjoy a variety of audio sources through your turntable setup.

USB-PC Function

The USB-PC function on a turntable allows you to directly connect your turntable to a computer. This allows you to create digital copies of your vinyl records, preserving your music collection and making it accessible on your computer. Once the audio is in digital format, you can use audio editing software to clean up the recording, adjust the sound, or even create new mixes. The USB-PC function bridges the gap between analog and digital audio, allowing you to enjoy your vinyl collection in a modern, digital format.

My husband and I are 58 years old. We grew up together and our childhood and teen years were spent listening to records. We kept them all and are now so happy we did! Who'd have guessed that the vinyl record player would make a comeback?! HOW COOL! But this sure is different from the ones we had when we were kids. Of course, Bluetooth didn't even exist then; what a great option for this to have. The speaker quality is fantastic - the sound is rich in tone and crystal clear. It's so fun to reminisce with all of our old albums and 45s. LOVE THIS!

OMG....I just set up my record player and am impressed! I grew up playing records with my parents/grandparents and wanted to buy one for a while and am very happy with this purchase! ! Great sound, easy to set up, definitely recommend it to anyone and a great gift. It doesn't take up much space. I only have one record because I refuse to buy new ones, so finding those great old records is a great entrepreneurial hobby! ! !

My old turntable broke and I couldn't find the drive belt anymore, so I found this, very good specs and decided to give it a shot. I was not disappointed, this one works great. First of all, amazing quality, very easy to assemble, and the sound is amazing. The instructions are excellent, it was quick to set up, the pictures are all about what needs to be done to get started, and I'm very impressed with these. The current speakers are really good. Good highs, mids and bass with absolutely no distortion or a hint of noise.

Love this turntable, it looks great in a room nice enough to decorate and sounds great. I have received a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors who want to buy their stuff there. The bluetooth works great and I love being able to play it from my phone when I want to listen to one of my records I also love playing podcasts on it while I'm cooking. I think the player is loud enough that I can hear it well in other rooms, but my husband would prefer to buy some other speakers, but I think this record player already fits my needs well enough that we want it to be louder.

This is a great turntable for beginners. We originally bought it first as a decoration and second as a functional record player. It achieves goal 1 perfectly (very nice wood aesthetic), it's easy to use, and we've now fully delved into the vinyl world. We're working on a couple of albums and can't wait to hear them on this awesome little device. While the quality of the speaker is not necessarily better than that of a high-end bluetooth soundbar, it does a great job of conveying the vinyl quality, everything is so good, I also bought another record player from retrolife expecting it to come with Surprise me!
