3) In the Europe (Except United Kingdom) your order will be shipped from German warehouse.

7. What locations do you ship to?
Ground Shipping is available within the United States (Except Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.) and Europe (Except United Kingdom).
8. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustments unless notified. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" or incomplete address.

9. What happens if my order is damaged?
We take great care in packing your order to ensure it gets to you in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event, your order is damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the box, any damage to your product, and the shipping label.
You can report any shipping damage to us by contacting us within 60 days of delivery. At that time, we will open a claim with the carrier.
Return Policy
We want everyone to love the style of their space and understand that sometimes customers change their minds. For orders placed on Retrolifeplayer.com, the following return policies apply.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Return
1). Our returns policy covers 60 days. If 60 days have passed since the time of your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2). Please email support@retrolifeplayer.com first to get your exact return information first.
3). All items must be returned as new in their original packaging, including all accessories and cables. Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number (RMA) issued by Retrolife. If an RMA is not obtained prior to shipping, the returned product will be refused and returned to the sender.
4). Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. There is a 15% restocking fee that will be calculated based on the price of the product once the item is refunded. 5). Please be sure to include your order number and reason for your return when submitting your request
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@retrolifeplayer.com
Refund
You will receive an email once your return shipment has been received by us. We will refund your order within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.
