1). Our returns policy covers 60 days. If 60 days have passed since the time of your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2). Please email support@retrolifeplayer.com first to get your exact return information first.
3). All items must be returned as new in their original packaging, including all accessories and cables. Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number (RMA) issued by Retrolife. If an RMA is not obtained prior to shipping, the returned product will be refused and returned to the sender.
4). Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. There is a 15% restocking fee that will be calculated based on the price of the product once the item is refunded.
